When personal information is no longer required, we take appropriate steps to delete or anonymise it, subject to applicable legal and technical requirements.

Where this occurs, the business customer is responsible for ensuring that the information is collected and processed lawfully.

If you believe information relating to a child has been processed inappropriately, please contact support@workninja.io.

18. International data transfers

WorkNinja uses third-party service providers, some of which may operate or process personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Information may therefore be transferred to, stored in or accessed from other countries where necessary to provide our services.
